Responsibilities:
1.HVAC marketing, products and business development for the segment
2.Prepare sales plan
3.Apply marketing and sales strategies
4.Provide technical support to the customers
5.Management of the team, customers and distributors
Major requirements:
-University education majored in engineering or business/marketing. MBA or EMBA as advantage.
-Min. 5 years working experience in foreign investment company management team.
-Experience in the field related (HVAC/Major Appliances/Compressor/Motor);
-Experience in sales and marketing, customers service or product development.
-Mature, good analytical ability, Co-operative;
-Be fluent in Mandarin / English, and understanding Japanese is favorable;
-Be able to work independently and under pressure;
-Stable and trustful;
-Computer literate in word-processing, presentation tools, spreadsheet and electronic mail application.
-Know the job and willing to work with Sensata.
-Can do attitude, work out the strategy and willing to act as tactical manager to execute and practice with the team.
-Like and meet Sensata top 5 key competencies: (Visioning/Championing Change /Systemic Connectivity/Driving and Achieving Results/Leading Other.)
-Be able and willing to travel frequently.
