Responsiblities:
•Source selection & development in support of growth programs in molding and electronic material commodities
•Implementing cost reduction strategies, including global best cost sourcing initiatives
•Strategic supplier management to achieve our objectives for purchased materials;
•Contract negotiations
•Supplier performance and quality improvement
Requirements:
•Bachelors (chemical/electrical/mechanical engineering or chemistry) degree or better
•More than 5 years working experience in the related field
•High level of integrity and ethics
•Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
•Project management experience
•Ability to coordinate with global teams
•Ability to lead and work within a team
•Negotiation skills
•Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people
•Experience in molding products
