Tasks
Customer developing
- Being the pre-sales driver for Sensors product range in close cooperation with the local sales, Identify target customers in target branches.
- Gather feedback from the target customers on competitive behavior and relay this back to the business unit.
- Acquisition of target customers in cooperation with Sales & Partners
- Coordinate customer supporting activities for detailed project configuration & price analysis, customer demo preparation, pilot machine
- Status reporting & follow up until buying decision is made
- Application reports and best practice sharing with other promoters
Promotion support
- Drive specific product campaigns in the region.
- Train and update the sales people on how to sell the products
- Organize and support related promotion fairs.
- Arrange and conduct seminars, trainings & workshops for customers, partners and sales
- Support partners for promotion activities
- Support and influence branch associations and design institutes
Interface between HQ and region
- Collect competitor information, market trends to HQ
- Feedback for product improvements
- Verify HQ planning & strategy, provide regional market information
- Repot to AS Regional Promotion Manager and HQ related product manager
Education
- Bachelor degree or above
Knowledge/Languages
- Have technical background of Sensors
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking
Experience
- More than 3 year sales experience in industry & automation area
- Channel developing and management experience is preferred
Capabilities
- Strong communication and organizing skills
- Can travel frequently and work under pressure
