Duties/Responsibilities:
职责
- Meet budgeted sales targets
达到预计的销售目标
- Provide sales service (i.e. request offer prices and generate product offers) to Key Accounts
为重点客户提供销售服务(如:要求提供价格和样品)
- Furnish forecast and progress reports on a monthly basis to the regional management
按月提供业务预计和进展的报告
- Distribution channel management (e.g. objective setting, POS reporting, project assignment coordination, design-in support, …)
分销渠道的管理(如:目标设定,POS报告,项目管理、协调,设计支持。。。)
- Evaluate new application fields for Vincotech products, technologies and capabilities
基于Vincotech现有产品、技术和能力评估新的应用领域
- Monitor and feedback competitor’s activities to the regional management
监测和反馈竞争者的活动
- Propose and support MARCOM activities
计划和支持展会活动
Qualification & experience
资质与经验
-Education教育:
Electrical Engineering degree, preferably in Power Electronics
电子工程专业,电力电子尤佳
-Work Experience工作经验:
At least 4-6 years in sales of electronic components, preferably for power electronics (converter / inverter power electronics).
至少4-6年在电子元件方面的销售经验,电力电子(变换器/逆变器)方面为佳
-Additional Qualifications 其他资质:
Good comprehension of international business administration.
有国际业务管理经验
Willingness to travel extensively
愿意经常出差
Highly self motivated and driven
高度的自律性和积极性
-Languages 语言:
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
