Brief Job Description：
The position, FAE Industrial Power Modules (Electronic Modules) will report to the Regional & Sales Marketing Manager Asia Pacific of Electronic Modules.
The incumbent will be responsible to support the business development within P.R.C. by leading design-in and technical support activities. A special focus will be the business development South China where ~40% of the exiting and potential customers are located.
Extensive technical experience in the field of industrial inverter electronics is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of design-in opportunities
- Leading the complete design-in process from first product presentations until product approvals
- Supporting running projects with regards to technical issues
- Product training and roadmap updates for sales channels and end customers
- Adapting technical documentation (presentations, manuals, application notes) to regional requirements
- Specifying regional requirements for new standard products within existing and new markets

Job Requirements:
- Education:
Electrical Engineering degree, preferably in Power Electronics
- Work Experience:
At least 3 years in Power Electronics RD environment.
Preferred industry experience in AC, DC motor drives and/or welding & cutting, SMPS, UPS.
- Additional Qualifications:
Proven strong communication skills in an international environment
Willingness to travel extensively
Highly self motivated and driven
