UK manufacturing
-Day to day management of suppliers and conducting regular meetings with them
-Placing, rescheduling and cancellation of orders using MRP reports
-Setting up and managing electronic replenishment system
- Reviewing stocks, target quantities, lead times, aligning MOQs with demand.
- The management of Suppliers to conform to CT's supply strateg,advising of any potential
risks in supply that will affect CT's ability to manufacture, plan or that will present inventory
problems.
-Reduce inventory to targets set by Materials/Purchasing Manager
-Negotiate contractual agreements, review and amendment of pricing, tooling, buffers,
liabilities, and other parameter data
- Minimising and if possible eliminating CT’s liability with its supplier for the advance
purchase of materials on behalf of CT.
-Adhering to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection
with all transactions and business practices.
Sub Con Manufacturers
- Liaise and work directly with CT’s Subcontract partners to resolve supply difficulties and be
capable of escalating problem to the highest possible level.
