Major responsibilities
1.Plan and formalize marketing communications programs for Banner China.
2.Define promotional activities required to enhance new product launches.
3.Establish and maintain marcom budget.
4.Define distributors management rules and supervise all channel in a good business environment.
5.Maintain partnership relationships with strategic agencies to facilitate their support in accomplishing stated objectives.
6.Measure/report program results.
7.Conduct communications research.
8.Maintain corporate guidelines to enhance the corporate image.
9.Supporting worldwide messages whenever possible.
10.Tactics include (but are not limited to):
-Tradeshows/Exhibits/Conferences
- Advertising (creation & adaptation)
-On-line marketing
-Printed collateral
-Direct mail
-Seminars
-Market research
-Field sales and distributors communications
-Publications/newsletters
-Distributors support, coordination and evaluation.
Qualifications:
1.5+years experiences in market communications, preferably in the high tech sector
2.Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
3.Good command of English
4.Able to work independently, result-oriented, multi-tasking required
5.University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related subjects.
