HR Internship(人力资源实习生)
Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting:
1) Implement the recruitment activities, including position description, staffing plan, interview and selection process, physical examination, employment procedure and so on.
2) Ensure the employment of all employees is in accordance with local/national labor law.
2. Training:
1) Make and follow up orientation plan and deliver the related course;
2) Organize training course according to the training plan
3) Follow up the training effective and make all necessary records
3. Other HR Functions
Assist daily work of other HR functions, including Performance Appraisal, Employee Relationship and so on. Make sure all the records are correct and completed.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, HR related major, senior undergraduate is accepted
2. Has practice experience in HR function and familiar with labor law
3. Extensive knowledge of HR general procedure
4. Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin
5. Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
6. Excellent communication and coordination skill
7. Be able to work independently with the high integrity
