PLC程序控制雷士一体式超声波清洗机,清洗的原理是:超声波发生器将工频电能转变成28KHz的高频电信号,通过高频电缆输送到超声波换能器上,换能器被加上高频电压后,产生强有力的超声振动,在液体中迅速传播,作用于超声波清洗槽内液体介质中,产生每秒2.8万次的振动,从而将工件附着的污垢震落,达到清洗目的。
该设备由PLC触摸屏集成控制,具有清洗漂洗功能,定时,液位保护,障碍报警等功能。

操作指南
1.首先在超声槽体内放水,一般离槽沿30cm(或根据客户自身需要),设备内部安装有液位探测器,无水或水位低于该探测器,红灯亮起讯响报警15秒。
2.打开设备总电源,在机器左侧。
3.如紧急停止按钮在拍下状态,则拔起。
然后选择下方的自动或手动工作开关。
4.在参数设定画面根据实际情况进行设定,以下介绍自动工作设定。

将开关拨到手动状态。
根据客户要求,可按超声1,超声2,设备进入手动工作状态。待超声到达指定的工作时间,讯响发出嘀嘀声,黄灯亮起15秒提醒。再按手动鼓泡,此时鼓泡漂洗开启,待鼓泡程序到达设定时间后,讯响发出嘀嘀声,黄灯亮起15秒提醒。
