      • The OM-CP-WIND101A is acomplete system to accuratelymeasure and record wind speed.This low cost wind speed recordingsystem comes complete with a datalogger, weatherproof enclosure, athree-cup anemometer and all thenecessary cabling to quickly getup-and-running.

      The logger can record up to500,000 readings and the storagemedium is non-volatile, solid statememory, providing maximum datasecurity even if the battery becomesdischarged. The small size of thesedevices allows them to fit almostanywhere.

      The device can be started andstopped directly from a computerusing our user-friendly software.Data retrieval is simple. Simply plugit into an available USB port and ouruser-friendly software does the rest.The software converts a PC into areal-time strip chart recorder. Datacan be printed in graphical andtabular format or exported to a textor Microsoft Excel® file. The storagemedium is non-volatile solid statememory, providing maximum datasecurity even if the battery becomesdischarged.

        To Start the Device:
        Press and hold the pushbutton for 5 seconds, the green LED willflash during this time;
        the device has started logging
        To Stop the Device:
        Press and hold the pushbutton for 5 seconds, the red LED will flashduring this time.
        The device has stopped logging.
      Real Time Recording: The devicemay be used with PC to monitor and record data in real-time

        Green LED Blinks: 10 second rate to indicate logging; 15 secondrate to indicate delay start
