  • The DRSL-U isolated universalinput DIN rail signal conditionerprovides a competitive choice interms of both price and technologyfor galvanic isolation of processsignals to SCADA systems orPLC equipment.

    The DRSL-Uaccepts thermocouple, RTD, linearresistance, potentiometer, voltageor current input and converts thesesignals to linear voltage or currentoutput. The unit offers isolationbetween input, output and supply,provides surge suppression andprotects control systems fromtransients and noise.

    The DRSL-Ualso eliminates ground loops andcan be used for measuring floatingsignals. Low power consumptionfacilitates DIN rail mounting withoutthe need for any air gap. TheDRSL-U is easily configured by usingthe DRSL-DISPLAY programminginterface in conjunction with theDRSL-ADAPTOR configurationadaptor.

    The DRSL-DISPLAY hasa 4 line LCD display with scrollinghelp text in 7 languages (English,French, German, Italian, Spanish,Danish and Swedish) which guidesthe user through all the configurationsteps. The DRSL-U is designedwith electronic hardware switches,consequently it is not necessary toopen the device to set any internalDIP-switches.
