The CP77xx Panel PCs and the Control Panels from the CP79xx series in a stainless steel finish are control and display units that meet the strict hygiene regulations for the food, packaging and medical industries as well as for cleanrooms. The stainless steel Panels with IP 65 protection feature virtually gap less housing design with flush-mounted touch panels. The housing geometry and an optimised frame profile allow liquids to run off and prevent the accumulation of contamination. Further features, such as the resistance of the stainless steel surface and the touch screen to cleaning agents and disinfectants, as well as the equipping of the display with a splinter guard, cover all requirements for cleanroom applications.
The stainless steel panels are available in two versions: as a Panel PC and as a pure display unit.
CP77xx Panel PC
Thanks to the integrated Intel? Atom? technology, the CP77xx device series represents a powerful Panel PC that combines operating and control functions in a compact design. On account of its low heat dissipation, the Intel? Atom? processor is ideally suited for use in stainless steel housings. Two on-board Ethernet ports facilitate the implementation of EtherCAT in applications.
CP79xx Control Panel
The CP79xx stainless steel panels with DVI/USB Extended allow a distance of up to 50 m between operating unit and PC. Operator comfort can be further enhanced by the optional stainless steel mounting arm adapters from Beckhoff, which enable the customer to integrate the Panel directly onto the machine.
The stainless steel Control Panels and Panel PCs are highly functional units with 12- or 15-inch touch panels. The range is rounded off by customer-specific modifications, such as additional display sizes or the integration of emergency off and electromechanical buttons, short-stroke keys and RFID readers under the front laminate as well as USB ports.
