Senior Technical Service Engineer/Manager
Responsibilities:
• To provide technical support to China customers on servicing, troubleshooting, and installation of DCS/SCADA System
• To conduct training courses to customers and distributors
• Working with Engineering team on new software applications
Requirements:
• Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent engineering degree, with a least 5-7 years relevant experience
• Good English both in speaking and writing.
o Must be able to communicate independently with Engineering team, Tech Support team and customers in USA, Europe and elsewhere of the world
• Good knowledge in PLC, SCADA, Historian/SQL, networking and Windows Server Administration.
• At least 3-5 years experience in C, VB/VBScript, SQL programming
• Strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skill
o Self-Driven and detail-orientated
o Must be able to solve problem and finish project dependently with limited resources and time
• Fast learner and able to work independently is a must
• Willing to travel frequently with short notice
• Good interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal/external customers and co-workers
• Experience with Pharmaceutical GMP Validation and Cleanroom Experience on control & manufacturing solution is a plus
