SALES Manager (Beijing, Chengdu)
Responsibilities:
- Develop design In/Win in power electronics related market, such as Motor Drive, - UPS, Welding, Power Supply, Induction Heating etc
- Follow up customer service requirements of order & delivery, sales forecast, co-ordinate among various departments
- Maintain sales information platform (project list) through data gathering, checking, input and report generating
- Introduce SEMIKRON products to the customers well and truly
- Ensure sales targets can be met for assigned accounts
- Coordinate the sales activities with distributors
- Gather market & competition information
Requirements:
- Major in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics will be preferred
- Three years sales experience at least, preferably in selling power electronics device, power electronics technical background is preferred as well
- Organized and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good command in written/spoken English and Chinese
- Good presentation skills
- Willing to learn and self-starter
- Willing to travel extensively
- Team player
