Workshop Purpose:
The variety of working environment and different of work stations will always cause additional working loading to different operators and impact on the productivity as well as employees’ morale.
Ergonomics is defines as the “law of work”. An effective ergonomics program will help the working environment and equipment fit to different operators; improve work productivity; reduce ergonomic related injuries as well as enhancing employees’ working morale.
